Professional, experienced team that helped our charity improve quality of service

As a small charity, our goal was to reduce time spent on administration and improve the quality of service to our volunteers, beneficiaries and supporters. Working with the Desynit team enabled us to do just that. Although based in Oxford our organisation was able to successfully work with Shaun, Chris and Simon remotely by using Desynit's project management tool, JIRA, as well as weekly phone meetings. At every step I felt in control of the process and that I could effectively take control of my delivery objectives. Importantly, it was also clear that the Desynit team brought together a wealth of experience that lead to sensitive consideration of what the needs were of our service users, as well as us as an organisation who were to use Salesforce. Desynit worked to train us to use the platform ourselves on an on-going basis, so this technology will continue to serve us now, and in the future, growing with our organization and our needs.

If you just started using Salesforce or if you think you need a bit of help to quickly improve your org, then Matt's practical advice, through this Surgery, is invaluable. He helped us avoid some major systemic flaws in the way we were using our own org (i.e. avoid multi-select picklists if you need all your fields mapped across Acc/Con/Opp) and we also looked at how to make practical use of specific dashboards to gather more business intelligence on your leads.
