Our organization has grown both organically and through global acquisitions which led to supporting multiple internal systems and introduced inconsistent processes. Our biggest challenge was how to scale the organization in order to deliver a better experience to our customers. To achieve this, we embarked on our ambitious Sales and Service transformation journey. The project was delivered on time, on budget and with the original scope defined. Stratus360 stepped in and delivered a solution with very lead little time. They were able to develop ideas to drive our project forward and brought an in-house accelerator to help the project reduce costs.
