Great Product for our non-profit

We are a non-profit with one main warehouse and two subsidiary warehouses. We house approximately 3 million items that we give out to families, hospitals and organizations. Rio Inventory is great for managing our processes. We are easily able to see what is on hand at each location and move inventory between locations. We will distribute over 2 million diapers this year, as well as hundreds of thousands of other items. This system allows us to know what is on hand at each location and when we need to purchase more products.

Fantastic App!

We recently implemented this app for one of our customers. It is perfect for stock and inventory management for companies of all sizes. - You can see that a lot of thought has gone into the design, as just when you think you have found an issue, it has already been covered! - The Documentation is awesome. - Impressive customer service - I had a question for support which was answered promptly by Vin, who later on informed me that the answer to my question had been added to their FAQ. This shows that WDCi team are keen on constantly improving their offering which is really impressive.

Great solution for all size business

I've been struggling as a self managed small business for some time. Too many products are too generic or over engineered. Many include so much more than is necessary. RIO Inventory is not that. They do exactly what they need to and they do it with customizable options to enable or disable features to fit every size business or organization. Allowing Orders and Dispatch Notes as an optional component allows me to use this myself and not have to play the role of every department myself. When I emailed support with an idea for barcode scanner feature improvement (stocktake/ automatic +1 Qty when scanning bulk items), the replies were quick, friendly and professional. Never have I felt so appreciated and not pushed into a sale by a developer. I simply can not express my appreciation for such a respectful and caring support. It is truly a rare quality these days, when any install seems to suck you into a sales funnel... RIO pulls you in as a valued part of their family. ****TLDR: (To Long, Didn't Read Wrap up)**** This app may not be perfect, but what is present is fully functional and without issue. Support is amazing and responsive. Custom requests can be purchased or suggested as feature updates to the app. It's been the single greatest experience from any developer I've encountered. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fonctionne parfaitement et SAV au top

Je cherchais une app de gestion des stocks me permettant de suivre les numéros de lot et les dates d'expiration. Rio Inventory fait ça très bien et bien plus encore. Je crois avoir utilisé à peu près toutes les fonctions. La gestion des produits complexes est intéressante aussi. Et surtout, SAV au top et super réactif. Merci à toute l'équipe !

Exactly what we needed. Support was really great. Helped me every step of the way.

I was looking for an inventory solution that would handle inventoried items, made to order products, and services, be easy to understand and deploy and would work with the custom programing that was done by an outside group. We are just starting to carry stock on a bunch of products. Not an expert at SalesForce, no longer have one in our company. Asked WDCi to install for me and workout any conflicts with the custom programing that might come about. They did a great job, and even developed a new version specifically to get around a conflict that did come up. Install price was very reasonable. I would recommend this plugin to anyone in a similar situation. I have been migrating products from made-to-order to stocked items as the stocking orders are filled, moving them to inventoried products has been a breeze. Best of luck on your application.

Robust product and fabulous support

I have been very impressed with the Rio Inventory product. We implemented it for a client to handle POS and Inventory and we've been impressed with its flexibility. Our client is currently using it via one-page custom flows and is preparing to use it as a mobile inventory tool via the new Salesforce1 upgrade. Thus it has become an integral part of their business. That said, what sets Rio apart is their excellent customer service. They are polite, timely, and thorough - despite our many questions and requests. We recommend this service to all of our clients who manage products and will continue to in the future.
