Cumulus Vision is an excellent partner for Salesforce projects. I have worked with them on my company's Salesforce for almost 10 years. They have helped me learned as an admin and developer. They do a great job of making sure to understand your issues and requests. They ask appropriate questions to try and mitigate any risk. They have always been professional and extremely.knowledgable about Salesforce and various applications that can be used within Salesforce. I have worked with other Salesforce Dev shops in the past and by far, Cumulus Vision is the one I would recommend out of all of them.

Excellent project administration and design

We hired cumulus to do a project for us, reimplementing the quote system in salesforce. From requirements gathering to development and support, the experience was excellent. Communication was always clear, and we added some tiny improvements (that many consultants would perhaps try to charge more for) that were implemented without complaint. Excellent customized training experience

My organization's sales team had been using Salesforce for awhile for customer and opportunity management and forecasting but there had been a lack of consistent usage and adoption. In order to dive deeper into the system and help increase user adoption we recognized that we needed more formal training. Salesforce is such a powerful platform that it can sometimes be overwhelming for end users to know where to start. In comes Brett from Cumulus. He worked with us to develop a custom training plan for our organization's unique needs and use of the system, tailored specifically to the audience we most needed to reach. The training was engaging and interactive, which was perfect for our team. I received numerous comments from the team after the meeting about how much they learn and appreciated the training. That enthusiasm has been reflected in increased use of the system by the trainees both in the areas that were identified as critical by management and also in areas extending beyond the "must dos".
