Passport helps join the dots

After a nail biting climax to months of hard work Passport has been live across two of our main sales Orgs for a few weeks now. The level of cross org chatter is above initial expectations and I've seen at least 2 solid Opportunities get created as a result of a conversation between sales teams that would never normally have had access to each other. When I look at how it's operating in Salesforce it seems so simple, a small reference to the originating Org of the user and to the fact Passport carried the message, no other changes, no training requirements and no "how do I" ? support calls. From a User perspective it's transparent.
