In addition, their Salesforce expertise and ability to manage complex system integrations ensured a seamless and reliable solution. This combination of capability and insight helped drive a smooth transition for both our business and our customers as we moved to the new platform.

Not bad, could be better, however did the job

Pros Waeg has few fantastic people, skilfull, experienced, always asking right questions and going extra mile. Good project management. Client-minded. Cons There is a room for improvement in seveal areas, such (internal) communication, not overwriting each other's work, sticking to rules and convention, standardisation... There were some team memebers that are not up to their job.

Excellent knowledge of our systems by one staff partner now after months of communicating/demonstrating and relaying our business requirements. Having to move with a new staff partner we need to start all over again, which is costly and time consuming. I would suggest more than one person to be involved from the outset so this wouldn't happen again

Delivery Team is great and committed but there is no follow-up from management, no involvement. Complicated to have forecast and financial reports. Monthly meetings are not the expected ones

Working with the IBM team was an excellent experience. They accommodated our needs, adjusted as our processes changed, and provided valuable resources and direction as we worked through our enhancements. The design consultant we worked with fit the solutions within our system design and brand styles. The product consultant provided clear and well documented requirements. I would highly recommend the team!
