Nonprofit 101 distills the dizzying amount of online documentation, YouTube tutorials, and other available resources into an easier to understand and follow "User's Manual". It will be mandatory reading for our 4 users.

Great resource
This is a great resource for getting acquainted with Salesforce. Overviews are easy to find and understand. As an administrator I recommend this to help with training those new to Salesforce. Thanks so much!

A fantastic resource for all Salesforce.com NFPs
I think no matter your starting point, this is a great resource for Salesforce.com NFPs. Good depth of knowledge. Great use of screenprints to do step-by-step instructions. And also great links to webinars and other resource. Good idea to have it as a Tab, I can see it would be v useful (if I was being fussy I would say I would like to have it as a separate file, but that is personal preference, and not to take anything away from a true 5 star rating App!). Thanks guys, I will pass this on!!
