Experience was excellent, and very professional. Personally it would of been helpful to receive a manual booklet, specifically for our organisation. Enclude do currently provide webinars for staff to do generic training and also provided some power point notes, for guidance for us. But felt with costings an organisational specific manual would of been very useful. We are now currently compiling our own SF manual. Lot of the SF parts to be further explored e.g. calendar /events etc. that we are finding, and need to explore further Overall, would certainly recommend them to other organisations

The overall training could be better in that it could have less people and more chance to explore the product and get to know it better.

This project has been revolutionary for our work as an organisation, it has assisted us in going almost paperless and our partner listens to our feedback and takes on our experiences as a frontline service provider. Their support structures have been really important in guiding us to where we are now.
