What's Data Loader anymore!?
I've been an XL Connector customer for over 7 years and multiple employers now. XL Connector hits such a sweet spot for price to functionality, all within the Excel interface which is familiar and often times the starting point for data manipulation I need to do or that's sent to me by other teams for loading into Salesforce. It's a one-stop-shop for the entire data manipulation to data loading cycle in my opinion. I also really like the mapping interface and how mappings are stored in the sheet - this has been a time saver for some processes where we may need to pass a sheet around, or have business users populate things and send it back to us, and we can simply pull up XL Connector and pickup where we left off with our mappings. I'd highly recommend this - the hours it's saved me over Data Loader are too significant to even try and guess at this point.
More dan 10 years working with XL Connector
I started with XL connector in the early stage and than of course things are not working properly. But the support was alway quick and accurate. After so many years the product has been improved very much. In my opinion a Salesforce admin cannot do his work without this tool.

Amazing Product - Fabulous Support!
I've been using this tool for ~2 years and it's been a life saver! I use it daily, even hourly with scheduled updates. It's easy to use, great for making bulk updates, and helps the team that prefers everything in Excel visualize all our Salesforce reports. About a week ago I had an issue with my computer that wouldn't allow me to update the XL-Connector and my tech support agent, Agustin Carranza went above and beyond to help me. The issue was with my computer and he worked with his developers to determine the issue. FIVE STARS - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Can't say enough GOOD about this product
This is the first ask I make at every company I've been at that utilizes Salesforce. Gone are the days of trying to make due with dataloader and the clunkiness that ensues with that. It's not expensive, it does the job better than a free product, and it will save you soooo much time. Can't recommend enough.

Admin Must Have- Be a Data Mgmt & KPI Powerhouse
This is a must have app when you cannot afford DemandTools and when DataLoader is simply too limiting, which is true for 95% of the Salesforce universe. As a Partner, I use this one license for 20+ clients and Support is PHENOMENAL!!! Remember what good customer service looked like? Yeah, it's still live and well here. Beyond simple & easy, quick data clean up/ management, execs will see you as THE smartest person in the room when you can extract any and all KPIs they need and want into excel in real time from as many reports as you need with a simple refresh button. Re-feed your charts, etc. in real time with your reports. It takes time to learn but it's not hard. I could do a whole webinar series on what is possible. Be sure the leverage the Power of One (POO) in your configuration to make up for the gross shortcomings in Salesforce reporting capabilities. XL Connector is amazing!

Painless and such a lovely customer service team
We started to use Xappex to help us with our bulk data management. It's such a breeze to use - not only extracting, but also pushing data back to our instance. We're also a not-for-profit, and costs matter for us, and, like Salesforce, Xappex has a NFP program which helps us keep our costs down, and this helps us deliver better services outwards. Finally, such a nice customer service team, it's really a pleasure working with them.

A fantastic tool with brilliant support
Our organisation has been using the XL-Connector from Xappex for many years and when we recently encountered a bug I raised it with support expecting the (all too common) email back/forth and stabbing in the dark for a solution. I provided the log file and within hours a fix has been made available via their latest downloads. I would highly recommend Xappex XL-Connector if you need to do anything with Salesforce data in Excel.

A Timesaving, hassle free, daily used tool - wish i had discovered earlier
I cannot recommend the Excel Connector for Data Back Up and inserts and Updates enough. This product has been a game changer for me in terms of organizing and managing data efficiently. The ability to easily extract, manipulate, and update data on a daily basis has been invaluable. One of the best features of this tool is the ability to save time by inserting and updating metadata quickly. Additionally, the tool's function to identify and correct white space in text has greatly improved the user experience. The ability to connect multiple orgs has also been incredibly helpful, allowing for easy testing of updates in lower orgs in the development stack. This flexibility has saved me time and hassle when working on different projects. A recent use case where Excel Connector really shined was when we needed to update Currency Type and Managed Currency Rates for the new fiscal year. With a few simple steps and lookups, we were able to quickly confirm the rates entered for the next fiscal year, allowing us to provide accurate information to the business. Overall, I highly recommend the Excel Connector for anyone looking to streamline their data management process. It has been a lifesaver for me and I will continue to rely on it for my daily tasks.

Best Tool For Mass CRUD ever
Excellent product, I conduct regular monthly activities with it, and it is not limited in quantities like other alternative products. It also has amazing additional capabilities, such as updating permissions at the field level for a specific profile or performing page layout analysis, which greatly ease the admin's role. Additionally, the support is simply excellent – very patient, helpful, polite, and most importantly, highly professional – and again, thank you for All your help dear Florencia. In summary: the affordable price combined with the high technical capabilities and perfect support make it a winning formula for any Salesforce admin. Highly recommended!!!

Best tool for Querying and Loading Data
Definitely the best tool for seeing / loading data into Salesforce. I use this almost exclusively for querying data from our Salesforce orgs. And it's the only tool I use to bulk load/update/delete records. Both XL-Connector and the XL-Connector 365 are good, but I currently prefer the XL-Connector. It seems like it is more "complete".
