Impressive and powerful
ContractExpress for Salesforce is an impressive and powerful piece of technology. This App is designed to automate and manage the contract formation process, from drafting through signatures. It gives the business user an efficient, simple process for creating contracts. At the same time, it uses sophisticated machinery, behind the scenes, to manage risk. The software consumes special contract templates where the author can specify logic that both determines what language the contract includes and specifies the rules for how contracts get approved by the contracting organization. The publisher, Business Integrity, is one of the best when it comes to support. The support team is experienced, knowledgeable and highly responsive.
The most powerful document creation tool in the AppExchange
ContractExpress has been the leader in document automation in the legal industry for over a decade, and its Salesforce app brings all of the sophistication and power of that experience to Salesforce.com. There is no other tool comparable in the AppExchange, especially for complex legal documents. It does not use mail merge, as do most of the other contenders, but its own proprietary patented engine. It still lacks some reporting capbility, if the data fields are not already in your org (most are likely to be), but that will likely be remedied pretty smartly. Business Integrity (the developer) is also very responsive to customers, and a delight to deal with. I cannot recommend ContractExpress highly enough.
