Does not work in our Development Environment

We installed Ultratest on our Development sandbox and configured it according to the instructions. It appears that it may only work on Production orgs - but we did not try it. We received the following error message "Dear User, In order to continue using the UltraTest tool, kindly follow the following steps: Please check Setup->Security->Remote site settings and add the Remote Site Url as stated below: Remote Site Url = https://(org instance)-api.salesforce.com For example, if your org's instance is na7 then add the Remote Site Url as "https://na7-api.salesforce.com". We verified that the Remote Site URL was setup correctly for our Development sandbox. We contacted Ultratest and had a meeting with the Account Manager 3 weeks ago. The day after our meeting the Account Manager sent us a response stating: "We are working on this and will provide you with a new link to test. Actually, there are some modifications needed for which we are dependent on Salesforce and hoping to get that resolved very soon. I will share the new link with you as soon as I have it and then you can use that for the evaluation. Let me know if I can help you with anything else. Best Regards, Garry" We decided to uninstall the product from our Development sandbox and will pursue building a tool in-house that we can use.
