ServiceCloud Implementation

We worked for the last 4 months with TeleTech on an implementation of ServiceCloud. We run a high-end hospitality company that caters to affluent travelers. TeleTech helped us develop a customized member profile and preference engine that allows our Personal Vacation Advisors to provide the highest level of service to our members. TeleTech was instrumental in developing the strategy and designing and architecting the system. They also worked closely with our technology team on integrating our internal business systems to ServiceCloud. What truly set TeleTech apart was their people. The TeleTech team was one of the best teams we have ever had the opportunity to work with. In particular, we were impressed with the creativity and vision of their lead technologist. He not only figured out how to execute on the ideas and vision that we originally had for the project - but continuously came up great new ideas. Every time we thought we hit a roadblock - their development team would come up with a creative (and cost effective) solution. In addition to a great technical team - we were very impressed with the project manager that led our project. Every milestone in the 15 week project was reached on exactly the day we planned. He kept both TeleTech and our internal team (including our executive staff) informed the entire way. Whenever there was risk on a critical path item or deliverable - he got the right people involved, communicated effectively and resolved the issue. He was a big reason why we came in on time and on budget. The entire team immersed themselves in our business, they deeply understood the needs of our staff and our members - which translated in near perfect execution. The executive support we received from TeleTech was also excellent. They stayed connected - but really allowed the team to focus on delivery.
