We worked with CMB as we started a brand new company in late 2019. In addition to completing all the basic configurations, they helped us create the optimal sales process through many custom fields, objects, and apps that allow our sales team to work with great efficiency. This enabled us to survive the pandemic, when many of our peers shut down, and is now empowering us to achieve record sales month after month with an extremely small sales team. Now 1.5 years out from our go-live date, Mike continues to provide great support if we have questions/issues with current configurations or want to explore additional options.
