North Peak Solutions, LLC. was brought on to provide QA and strategic direction to the deployment of a new product to approximately 100 organizations within a tight timeframe. To say they brought their "A" team is an understatement. Having a project manager knowledgeable in the SF platform, with multiple migrations under her belt kept us on schedule and got us through many technical hurdles. As well as keeping a calming presence for the team as they worked through issues. Their QA specialist not only raised the bar but successfully managed the quality of implementations across multiple versions of the product being installed concurrently. The detailed QA plans provided, allowed for the team to quickly identify data migration issues, configuration errors, and supplement and onboard resources quickly and efficiently. Through their partnership and leadership, our team has the knowledge and experience to repeat the sustainable processes that North Peak put in place as we move forward with our product.

The initial entry for North Peak was to help our organization with launching a minor Salesforce application. After taking the time to understand our organization structure, the North Peak team was able to guide us through the launch process, provide helpful recommendations on relevant training for our Salesforce administrator, and provide us steps to help us reach our long term goal to get our entire organization using Salesforce. We were thankful to find their assistance and recommend this consultant for complex and structural Salesforce projects.

To put it succinctly, there is no better Salesforce developer than North Peak. I have worked with them at two different NGO's when we moved our CRM from Raiser's Edge to Salesforce, and there expert level knowledge of Salesforce ensured a strategic, methodical, and expert transition. What makes them stand out above other vendors is the rigorous discovery process - the way in which they probe how you want to use Salesforce, anticipate needs you didn't know you had, and challenge you on preconceived notions is extraordinarily valuable and resulted in a CRM that is better than what we expected. They also dedicate a huge amount of time to careful and patient training which ensures that after their work is complete, you continue to get great value out of the new tool. I can't recommend North Peak enough. Once you have worked on a project with them, you realize that you won't/can't work with other companies ever again.

Building our CRM with NorthPeak was a wonderful experience! Nothing but a stellar experience!

My experience with North Peak has been nothing but stellar. The consultants are knowledgeable, skillful, and wonderful to work with, communication is clear, and projects are thoroughly prepared and executed. Our organization has worked with North Peak for several years on many projects such as designing intricate reports, creating new roll-ups and other custom fields, fleshing out automation processes, implementing and developing V4S, as well as streamlining NPSP to our specific needs in many other ways. Highly recommend North Peak and would definitely work with them again!
