The platform has proven to be reliable for backup and archiving of our Salesforce environment, and the overall feature set meets our business needs very well. This level of customer support is one of the biggest strengths of Odaseva. One enhancement that would significantly improve the archiving experience would be the ability to search archived data directly at the object level. Currently, searches can only be performed on job level, which makes it difficult and time-consuming to locate specific archived records or attachments across multiple jobs. Introducing object-level search would greatly improve usability and efficiency for administrators working with archived Salesforce data. Overall, we are very satisfied with both the product and the partnership with the Odaseva team, and we highly recommend it for organizations looking for a robust Salesforce backup and archiving solution.
