The Enterprise Disputes, Claims and Complaints project has been a resounding success. We had a clear vision and the NRI team were able to work with our vision and business requirements and translate this into a tangible solution, with a clear delivery plan. The NRI team were outstanding on this project, we delivered this new module under 5 months, with nil severity 1 or 2 defects. Go live was extremely successful and most importantly user adoption has been high. Thank you to Sean, Brett, Danny and the entire NRI team.

Clayton has also been reliable and accessible when required, supporting clarification of requirements, alignment between business and technical considerations, and definition of a clear way forward where there has been ambiguity or risk. This has helped maintain momentum and provided confidence as the project moves through build and testing. While the project is not yet complete, the level of support and architectural engagement provided so far has been very solid, and we would expect this to continue as the program progresses toward go‑live.
