Excellent product for reduce e-waste

File slayer is great at reducing redundant files that Service Cloud emails create over the course of a case's lifecycle. Add in the Slay Bot and this is a wonderful add-on for managing your org's file storage. Also, their customer support is top notch. They went above and beyond to isolate an issue affecting many machines in my network and resolved with a patch and then continued to follow-up to ensure optimal performance continued after that. This is amazing service!

File Slayer is a great tool for what we need which is deleting attachments that are not needed.

File Slayer has improved our user's Case Experience

I appreciate that it eliminates unnecessary files (e.g., social media icons) from Salesforce Case records, allowing staff to focus on the essential documents related to resolving cases. This saves them time when looking for documents. I would like to see more filter options on the Hit Manager screen to make slaying "select" files easier to accomplish. e.g., complex filtering and limits on the number of results returned. I absolutely recommend implementing File Slayer if you have any email or email-to-case processes in your Salesforce ORG and are being overwhelmed by the email signature social media icons.

We have been using File Slayer for a year, the biggest improvement, your agents will love you! No more scrolling past the all the tiny email images in attachments. Since the latest update of File Slayer and the removal of 100KB image size. Loads more images have been removed including email image attachments in excess of 4MB. I have contacted support once, very quick reply and resolution.
