Managing donor and fundraiser data in Salesforce is critical to scaling nonprofit fundraising efforts. The Neon Fundraise app ensures that all team, fundraiser and donation data seamlessly passes back to Salesforce.

Neon Fundraise's Salesforce integration allows nonprofit managers to add all of their online fundraising data into Salesforce. Nonprofits can be assured that all contacts, donations and other data points will be properly synced to Salesforce.
For advanced integrations, Neon Fundraise works directly with nonprofits to help them migrate their legacy data into Salesforce, as well as to customize their integration as necessary.
While not required, our integration includes custom fields and mappings designed specifically for online fundraising. These improvements were developed alongside nonprofit clients to meet their evolving needs.

As an official Salesforce ISV Partner, we've built our integration so that actions taken on your online fundraising website(s) will immediately create records within Salesforce. For example, when a supporter registers to fundraise, a Salesforce Contact record will be created and that Contact can be assigned to a Salesforce Campaign, based on your settings. When a general donation to your nonprofit occurs, the Neon Fundraise app will also create a Contact for the donor as well as an associated Salesforce Opportunity for the donation amount. For peer-to-peer fundraising donations, the app will create a Contact and Opportunity, with a "hard credit" recorded for the donor and a "soft credit" recorded for the related fundraiser and/or fundraising team that was connected with the donation. Again, all of these donation records can be assigned to whatever Campaign the nonprofit sets. In all these cases, before creating a record, the system searches for a match in Salesforce. Also, when Neon Fundraise finds or creates a record in Salesforce, the Neon Fundraise ID is stored on that Salesforce record in order to sync all future transactions.
