Scrive is very user friendly and easy to customize to our need in salesforce. The few times we wanted to make customization outside ordinary, support is very. We got connected to the partner who built the salesforce scrive app, to further implement our needs.

Easy choice...

-Clean sensible interface. -Easy to setup. -Excellent stages overview. -Independent of SF application add-on allowed us to apply it to our choice of CPQ. -Support for BankID. -Support for Nordic languages. -Works as both integrated to SalesForce and as standalone. This maximised the value for us as we can apart from our core sales dept also support our HR dept and legal dept without any connection to SalesForce. (The standalone user interface is very mature and user friendly and much appreciated by our HR dept where we save least 6hrs per week.) -Excellent and easy access to support. We did a proper evaluation by test installing the alternatives at the time(Docusign and Adobe) and this was our clear choice for the reasons stated above.

Scrive offers a great app for sending docs for signing. It's easy for the rep to initiate the document and the interface toward the customer is professional and intuitive. Scrive team offers speedy support of any questions and are always happy to help out.
