Was looking for a simple solution
I needed a simple solution to map a custom object in real time. Most of the mapping solutions on the appexchange were route and territory driven and I didn't need all of that functionality. If you are a beginner you will have a difficult time setting up a custom object, but if you are an administrator you will figure it out. Mainly the location of the custom settings is not clear in the documentation. It took me about an hour to set up all of the custom functions on a custom object as written in their documentation and then it did perform as expected. I would like to show the results of the map on a public map to my clients, I have emailed the developer to find out if that is possible. Extending the functionality to a SalesForce Site did not work. I am waiting to hear back. Overall I am happy with the app, extending the visibility to a public view would be fantastic. Simple, straightforward which is exactly what I was looking for.
