Fingertip transforms the way you think about decisions within your organizations. There staff is very helpful. I would recommend their Masterclass on Social Decision Making, where they help you understand the theories behind decisions and how their software can help us introduce those theories into our enterprise. Highly recommended for enterprises and scale up businesses.

Great app for leadership and project management

Fingertip transforms the way we lead in the future. The transparency of decisions, the data to improve future decisions and lead better are awesome. The app is easy to use on a mobile phone and on your computer. If you´re in the decision making business, this is the app for you!

Impressive!

Fingertip shows us something from tomorrow. Plan management and decision making are great. They also really show what you can build on Salesforce platform. Amount of different modifications is amazing. I would love to get stuff they have built in use at other projects.

Overall experience was not up to the par

My trial experience was not up to the par. I have seen few flaws in the overall experience when it comes to Objectives, Decision process, Plan creation. You need to do lot of manual activities to maintain all of these, which your employees, not prefer to do.

Excellent platform

Great to see how Fingertip supports modern organisations to become more efficient and transparent in everyday decision making and other procedures. Fingertips custom objects in Salesforce is a great contribution to the standard ones Salesforce is offering today. Impressive work!

Trial & User Experience was not great

I have been checking out this app and did found couple of issues -Views are not loading after adding records -Lack of user experience in decision, so-called overall cycle -Got an error in something related to chatter. The overall trial experience was not so great. Customers who are salesforce shop can try managing decisions by having a separate business object with a path defined, which is an out of box offering in lightning to achieve the basic features offered by this app.
