Opreco for Chatter retrieves posting for required period or matched conditions and generate PDF report. PDF report can be either downloaded on the spot or send by Email as attachment to multiple recipients. Without doubt, Email template is available. PDF can also select old or new posing order, grouping by date, user, group, keyword, tag, mention and object. With these selections, you can generate PDF report in many ways at your choice. Posting comes with hyperlink, which you can click and add comment to Salesforce directly. Title for report can be changed freely and also password protection of PDF is available. Depending on how you optimize the search conditions, you can use Opreco for Chatter to generate the report, meeting minutes, informational document and archive. * A free 30 day trial is available.
