We tried to build the connector ourselves!

We needed a bi-directional connector between SalesForce and Jira for quite some time. After writing detailed business requirements / specs and going down the path of building the connector, we "woke up" and chose to go with a commercial tool. And zAgile is the best one! Icing on the cake... developers that live in Jira do not need a SalesForce license to view related cases. Love it!!!
