Hit a Snag.. hope you can help

Was really impressed with the application the first time was able to use it. However, now am unable to use it when the business has a need. The page on Record Editor does now show the checkboxes and am unable to select records to set to an action. Would have been a golden tool IF was able to use it successfully when business calls for it. I already uninstalled and re-installed the application. Any feedback on what to do? - Thanks. An error keeps coming up: This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. Unable to Clone Opportunity Products (line items object)

Did not appear in the list - although it claims you are able to clone any object, really depends on what you are trying to clone.

Does not work as promised

I have followed the advice of a response to a similar review and it has not fixed the issue. I have emailed the support team and they have not gotten back to me. When I try to mass edit, I get an error that says "Unauthorized endpoint, please check Setup->Security->Remote site settings. endpoint = https://aandarcapital--vrprce.visualforce.com/services/data/v40.0/sobjects/Contact/listviews/00B2E00000DtVC6UAN/results/ Error is in expression '{!MassEdit}' in page vrprce:selectobject: (vrprce)" Please advise.

Error when trying to do mass edit

Trying to do Mass Edit on either Custom Object or Standard, I am getting the following error. Does this work on List Button?

Where does the user mass create / mass edit records? Can this be done via a list button on a related list?

Failed to do the one task I needed!

I wanted to clean up our Product List to apply consistent Names, Product, Codes, and Descriptions. This is what I got: System.SObjectException: SObject row was retrieved via SOQL without querying the requested field: Product2.Description That is a very basic error, easily corrected, and I can't believe it passed Testing. I'd write this program myself if my company would upgrade from Professional Licenses to Enterprise. This product is also missing support for Assets, Entitlements, and Support Contracts which would be the other 3 areas I would need to use it.

I've fully enjoyed the new version of Rocket Editor

New features: • Data export from Salesforce via a CSV file • Data Import from CSV to Salesforce • Mass Clone of Data • Auto Filling of Columns with the ‘Set for all in Column’ Button • Data export via PDF • Seamless Data duplication • Graphical data display via Column, Line, or Pie Charts • Mass edit of Activity Objects including Mass Edit, Delete, Clone, Remove Duplicates and Save to PDF.

Quirky but works

The initial load of the app is weird as you have to pull the window over in or to begin using it. Some issues with it going back to the top of the list every time I make a change. Handy app that works with lists.

We really like to rocket editor

However, there are a few things we would like it to do: 1. mass edit percent fields 2. mass edit picklist fields 3. mass edit lookup fields Allow or have a vf page for parent record selection. Allow this to be access by param from hyper link (like a WIL or button). i.e. send ID of parent and edit list of child / related records. Even good products can be made better. Thank you for the free mass editor, as is.
