We needed to set the custom made calculations for our revenue streams, so we could have a better control over the overheads and revenue per product. As well to allow the automation of booking certain costs and revenue streams in FinancialForce system. It was mostly done on Billing Central object and custom made objects. All the solutions were implemented first in sandbox with openness for adjustments and changes. What was unique in collaboration with Profit4SF was they responsiveness and deep knowledge of the system - at the level of gathering the requirements there always was an idea how to set up the feature or how to fix the current set up in the way to fulfil our business needs.
