BA Engineering Recommendation

We are in the middle of the biggest enterprise system investment this business has ever made, to revamp a 9 year old monolith system to a fully modularized and cloud based enterprise architecture in 18 months with the Salesforce platform as one of the key platform choices. We had to rebuild the full system support of all internal functions, migrate all necessary data to keep business continuity and re-develop all BI reports based on all new data structures, as well as support 7000+ staff across 3 countries. Matt and Neil were invaluable to us in providing end-to-end solution architecture and custom development around lead, booking, appointment, opportunity, finance functionalities, data migration strategy and execution, and provided their expertise and help foreseeing risks. It was a pleasure to work with them with their incredible work ethic, diligent persistence in the right solution, and the rare of blend of business understanding with technical depth. With a project of this size, we are working with many vendors all at the same time. Our best consultants that became our go to partner for all projects with the largest difficulty index. Could not be happier

Neil Reid supported us in making customized Financial Force solutions to suit our particular business model (we were already working with Sales Force when investing in Financial Force, but not as intended in order to optimize the utilization of Financial Force). Neil always delivered what he committed to (in terms of both content and timing), endeavored to understand our business model/needs and collaborated very well with our own staff in Switzerland as well as Bangalore. What we appreciated most however was Neil’s ability to listen and understand what we were trying to accomplish, even though it was explained from a purely operational perspective, proving that he has the invaluable ability to bridge the gap between the customers, at times, ill articulated operational vision and his own technical understanding of what is doable, timely and realistic. Thrilled with the experience

Matt helped us with a major architectural initiative in our product line. This involved reviews of the goals and the design, analysis of the current implementation, as well as the hands-on changes, to move us in the desired direction. Throughout the process Matt demonstrated deep knowledge of both (Salesforce) platform-specific expertise and a solid grasp of good software development techniques and methodologies. When challenges arose, he flagged them early, articulated them clearly, and unfailingly offered options and alternatives to get us moving forward. Both status and administrative updates were provided reliably and consistently along the way. All of this was always done in a thoughtful, friendly, and very positive manner.
