Very experienced partner with deep know-how in Salesforce, CPQ and Pardot. The project included the optimization of the existing Salesforce system, the rebuild of CPQ and the implementation of processes in Pardot. The implementation was characterized by a very good analysis and consulting as well as a nearly perfect planning and the adherence to the agreed (sporty) schedule and budget. The mixture of the possibilities that Salesforce offers in the standard and the implementation of existing processes delivered a result with a high level of acceptance among the users. The transparent and constructive collaboration enabled us to expand our basic knowledge very well and we are now able to manage the system ourselves for the most part.
