We engaged Argano to help us with our Mulesoft implementation, and the experience was educational and fruitful. The team was laser-focused on delivering value that remains with us today after the engagement ended. They were professional, courteous, assuring, and provided sound advice and direction.

Argano provided one of their best senior developers for this engagement. They also review status twice per month and are responsive if there are any technical issues or issues on delivery.

The core project team has been fully committed to PDSVISION getting a solution that supports our business. No matter the topic, architect and SMEs had always time to have a meeting to understand the requirements and assess if solution needs to be changed. I also perceived their approach to be flexible and solution changes were adopted easily. Even though a solution had already been designed and developed, no-one had any issues to redo a solution, if requirements changed or were initially not fully collected. Regardless of the agility, the project timeline and budget were under control. There was no surprises about either. PM kept us weekly up to date about spending, burn rate, and projected spending. Projections were accurate and nothing mission critical needed to be dropped out from final solution. It is worth of noting that PDSVISION had six separate business units that were merged into one CRM. Data loading from different sources and process harmonization took lot of effort and time. That effort was also accurately predicted in the project SoW.

Argano was a phenomenal partner on our SPIFF implementation. The team was professional and great to work with. Asked very detailed questions, including those we had not thought of, during due diligence and beyond. Their PM struck the perfect balance between diligence and being hard on me for running behind with competing priorities. Their two consultants knew Spiff like they'd been working in it their entire lives. Everyone was a joy to work with, and we got this thing implemented, FAST.
