We engaged APEX IT to support a strategic enhancement of our Salesforce Maps experience, specifically to improve how our field teams visualize, filter, and act on customer data. The challenge was to streamline account visibility and integrate dynamic mapping layers that could scale with our evolving sales operations. What set APEX IT apart was their strong solutioning approach and deep understanding of both Salesforce Maps and the practical needs of end users. One of the key deliverables was the creation of a Click2Create module, which allows users to create new accounts directly from the map interface—drastically reducing time and clicks in the field. Anjli, in particular, was instrumental—whenever we encountered system-level blockers, she proactively engaged Salesforce Support and creatively navigated constraints to ensure we could optimize check-in workflows and improve data usability in Maps. The project involved Salesforce Maps, Sales Cloud, and Lightning components. Since implementation, our users have experienced a significant improvement in usability and time-to-insight, particularly during mobile field operations.

Reid Petit is our Program Manager from Apex. I have to say, Reid has gone WAY above and beyond the call of duty on this project. He does a tremendous amount of research to ensure that the project as optimal success. In addition to Reid, Austin Maxey is an exceptional partner. We hired Apex IT to implement Sales Cloud, Salesforce Maps, and Salesforce Territory Planning. We had hoped to start the implementation project a few months before we were able to, but once it started, everything went smoothly. Our Apex IT consultant, Jillian, was extremely knowledgeable and easily navigated the nuances of our business processes to the point where we were able to efficiently refine our practices with her assistance in the solution design.

We partnered with this team to launch a brand new product. I was impressed throughout with the professionalism of the specific engineer working with us. Though we encountered the challenge of limited documentation, the team was agile. We were able to proceed in a way that we all learned. I highly recommend using outside help to get new products launched for many reasons. Not the least of which is getting peer advice from professionals that have worked in dozens of other instances. You may be capable of building your product, but you'll never have that kind of perspective.

Working with APEXIT was a great collaborative experience.
