We engaged this partner to help implement Salesforce across our organization, with a focus on improving our internal processes and aligning the platform to our unique business needs. The team was extremely knowledgeable and solution-oriented, offering strategic guidance that helped us navigate the complexities of the implementation. They brought a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), and were especially effective during the UAT and Prod launch phases —thorough, responsive, and open to feedback. While the consultant took the time to understand our processes, we encountered some unexpected complexities—particularly with how our existing database structure would integrate with Salesforce. These moments reminded us that even with thorough planning, unknowns can surface. A more structured exploration of data architecture early on could help anticipate these kinds of challenges. Training also had its hurdles, which is understandable given the depth of Salesforce and the range of learning styles within our team. The foundational training provided was a solid starting point, and we’ve been able to continue building on it post-launch.

CGI is adapted perfectly to SUEZ's need for resources and quality results. The motivation and commitment of CGI's resources enabled us to put together a high-performance team. Moreover, the systematic sharing of their know-how means that SUEZ is well informed about the impact of Salesforce software developments in line with its use cases. Working with CGI has added a great deal of value. Finally, CGI's inclusion programme for people with disabilities and its innovation programme (Shapsha) give CGI tenfold human and innovative power.

The project team did an amazing job partnering with our different teams to produce the desired outcomes. The team did not allow any resource challenges impact the outcome, timing or quality of the end product. This was possible because of the team flexibility and commitment.
