Our experience with Concept was, and still is, excellent. From the initial scope of work through to the formal closing of the initial implementation, our team received excellent support and attention. We worked most closely with Jared Soell, who was very much engaged in the project and provided outstanding support and follow up. As with any project of this size, there were some bumps. Whenever an issue arose, the Concept team was quick to react and kept us informed of the status of resolution. On a constructive note, several members of our team routinely commented that the weekly status update sessions were too detailed and often times turned into problem solving meetings. It was at times difficult to follow along in these meetings and they were sometimes tedious to sit through for members of the leadership team. Just a suggestion to keep status updates separate from more detailed working sessions. Overall our experience was outstanding and we are continuing our partnership on a retainer basis.
