I would not do business with these people even if the app were free. Never. Try and cancel, and you'll see what I mean. And I was in a trial. I can't imagine what it would be like if I had been under contract.
I would give less starts if that was an option...
This program for $4.99 PLUS the direct cost to Vonage is a joke. I went to great lengths to move from 8x8 to Vonage. I hired a consultant to configure this after both Vonage and Salesforce told me that it would work with HVS and Click to Dial from Salesforce mobile. Issues: 1. Does NOT work with HVS 2. Does NOT click to dial from Salesforce mobile 3. Reporting through Salesforce on call volume is spotty and NEVER accurate 4. Vonage even acknowledges that their own internal reporting is broken so comparing you have no True data 5. Vonage did offer to help me. If I went from $24,99/user to $129.99/user all the features would work. After threatening them repeatedly they did drop it to $50/user so only 2X what I was paying already and after paying a consultant $$$$ to program and figure out why it doesn't work. AVOID AT ALL COST
The app didn't work
Reading the reviews from 2014 makes me feel like this app has taken a turn for the worse. We tried to install this app on Salesforce and after configuring as insturcted by our Account Manager we were never able to place a call. We uninstalled it and went with a different provider. We asked for a total refund but, unfortunately the customer support agent wasn't able to do it, so it had to be escalated to another person who after asking a few question hanged up on me. I had to call again to explain the whole story again, frustrating.

Amazing App! Saves three steps for my coworkers and I when transferring info from a call. Completely changes the way I work. I would definitely recommend to anyone using Broadsoft and Salesforce!
Google Apps + gUnify + SFDC = Powering Producitvity
Very powerful integration when using Google Apps, gUnify and SFDC in order to simplify how to track activity history. Setup is made easy for everyone to get started and doesn't take a "programmer" to make it all work. At the end of the day if you are looking for true workflow integration, this is the correct app for a "REAL" solution!
Outstanding Time Saver!
This is a terrific tool to connect your Broadsoft phone system to SFDC. A must have for anyone looking to save time annotating calls in SFDC. Rather than taking time logging your calls, the gUnify Chrome Connector automatically allows you to add notes to SFDC on the fly through a simple, lightweight popup where you can connect your call notes to Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, etc. A must have for anyone running Broadsoft!
