Please read the CloudLock Terms of Service located at http://www.cloudlock.com/tos/ carefully. The CloudLock Terms of Service constitute an agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into between CloudLock, Inc. of Waltham Massachusetts (“CloudLock”) and the individual or customer entity (“Customer”) (i) that is identified on any order for CloudLock services (whether for trial or subscription services) (each an “Order”), or (ii) if using a free application made available by CloudLock through the Salesforce App Exchange, that is licensed to use the Salesforce.com domain with which such free application will be used. CloudLock reserves the right at its discretion to terminate Customer’s right to use any free application. If you do not accept the Agreement, you are not permitted to use the applicable CloudLock services listed on the Order or the free CloudLock application. You acknowledge your acceptance of the Agreement and this Notice by using the CloudLock services and/or the free application, or by clicking the “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions” button that linked you to this notice. If you are accepting the Agreement as an agent, employee or representative of your employer, the term “Customer” means your employer and/or any other party on whose behalf you act, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to act on such party’s behalf. If your organization has entered into a separate written agreement with CloudLock specifically relating to the delivery of the CloudLock services, then the terms of that Agreement supersede any conflicting terms in the Agreement.
