Easy and functional!
I'll be frank and say that the recommendation from Phil Walton is what prompted me to install the app initially. I was looking for a time and expense app for my own personal org and smarttime has been really easy and intuitive to install, setup, and use. I connected my Projects to my Opportunities and using Declarative Rollups, was then able to pull all my time up to the Opportunity itself, where I use a special type of Case to reflect income received and subtract it from the hours worked, and voila! I have a full blown T&E tool at my fingertips. It's easily customizable (I added a picklist on the Expenses area to denote what type of expenses such as Parking, Meals, etc) and indeed, the standard dashboard that comes with it is pretty nifty. All in all, it's working extremely well for my own business.

With smarttime from Apracor you get a simple and smart App to track all your projects. The time and cost tracking functions are useful and easy to use. You get what you expect.
Great free Project Management App
With this free app, you can link Projects to Accounts, then track ongoing hours and costs. You can also track Travel Expenses, oh and the App version works pretty well too.
Simple and powerful
I like the simple user interface and simple logic of project time tracking, travel expense tracking. I like the powerful revenue reporting feature a lot more. It deserves 5 stars as a free app. Thank you, smarttime and Apracor!
