Very Poor Package

I would not recommend this product in any way. We discovered a different solution that would better fit our needs, attempted to uninstall the package, and it simply will not allow us to remove it. We would like to clean up our Salesforce environment and seeing as this is preventing us from doing so, we would strongly advise against installation. Additionally, we attempted to contact technical support, and their option to reach tech support is broken. This is by far the worst tech support and application experience we have had as a company.

Do not install this app, you will never be able to remove the managed package.

No support at all

Needed some help with installation. App didn't work. Called and emailed support. No response. (You can't uninstall this app either, which is fun). Would not recommend at all.

Since we were updated it hasn't worked fine

We have bee using OpenSMS for a couple of years and we were happy with it. Some months ago they updated the application to the last version. This new version doesn't work properly and it has caused performance issues to our org.

Great App and Great support

Easy to use and powerful. We need assistance for setting up our Gateway and support went out of their way to configure it for us. Quick and timely response. We did not have to call them a 2nd time. Pleased with the results.

Great App!

This is a simple, but powerful & flexible app. There is a learning curve if you try to setup the gateway on your own, but I reached out to support, and they took care of the setup. Once setup, it is pretty straight forward to use. We don’t use all the features, but for what we use (single, bulk and two-way text) we are quite happy with the results. Great product at a great price.
