A true multichannel solution
We partnered with Terafina last year to implement their Digital Sales Platform product at First Tech. We needed a consistent way that would funnel all account openings regardless of channel into the same data store. We are one of the first credit unions to have implemented a true multichannel solution. This solution also integrates well with internal and external services. In order to give our members high quality service and cross sell them meaningful products, we needed a solution that could deliver on this. Terafina was that solution.
