Powerful product, great team

We have recently started using FairWarning to monitor & archive activity across our Salesforce applications, choosing it over other big name cloud security products. We have been very impressed with the power & flexibility of the system, as well as the willingness of the team (thanks especially to Nitya) to help us do what we need to do. Powerful Tool and Awesome Customer Service

We started working with FairWarning earlier this year (pre-Covid!) and found the team, both the Cloud Team (particularly Nitya) and the Regional VP very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. We wanted a tool that we could use to audit our users, not because we do not trust them, but so we have that overall visibility of what our many users are doing in our Salesforce platform. We also wanted to use this for our internal Security controls. Working with Nitya and the Cloud Team we have set up several alerts over that last few months which brings to our attention anything that is slightly out of the ordinary. We also have access to dashboards which we can use to analyse various activities. I have also found FairWarning to be very helpful when investigating queries/complaints about something a user may (or may not) have done. FairWarning is a very powerful tool and I did find it slightly overwhelming to begin with, but any questions I had on how to run a report or could we have an alert on XYZ, Nitya was super helpful in either answering my question, showing me how to run a report or building a new alert for me. I have found the onboarding process well managed and attentive. I look forward to continuing working with the team to continue to build our portfolio of security alerts.

Technical and User support

I have been working with Ryan and his team for over a year but really closely since the Covid-19 Pandemic. As I not IT savvy and new supervisor Ryan has been VERY patient in teaching how to use the Fairwarning software. He is also very diligent and often checks in with me to ensure that I am not having issues. He and his team are awesome and make using this software easy for novices like myself.

Useful tool and excellent customer service

FairWarning was the solution we needed to help us with monitoring and alerts. Amanda and team have been great in setting everything up for us, helping us work through the extra layers of security we have at a financial institution, and providing excellent support whenever we need it. We have been very happy with it so far and highly recommend this solution.

Great product and vendor support

I've had an opportunity to work with app and the vendor over the past year, and I've been thoroughly impressed. Features are very intuitive and the vendor support has been top notch. FairWarning is definitely worth a try if your looking to add additional layers of monitoring with alerts, notifications and reporting.
