Knowledgeable and responsive team

We hebben voor Growteq gekozen voor de implementatie van Welisa Commerce en Salesforce. Hun professionele en persoonlijke aanpak geeft ons veel vertrouwen. In korte tijd is er een oplossing voor automatisering van ons orderproces gerealiseerd. Op basis hiervan kunnen we onze groeiambitie verder realiseren. Van harte aanbevolen!

Growteq consists of a solid team of professionals which are quick in providing insights and delivering solutions that work. For the Lightning Migration a scan was made of our Salesforce environment to identify which parts require extra attention. Subsequently Lightning was demonstrated to key users and key users started testing the interface. Their findings were reviewed and possible solutions were given back to us. Although some functionality in Lightning is not working yet/not supported by this new interface, Growteq has provided us with great support!

The growth of our organisation created a need for a more standardized process for sales processes, which is user-friendly for both our employees and maintenance. We found that in Salesforce –CPQ. Our partner, Growteq, has drawn up a clear design as well as a implementation plan based on our wishes and processes. During the project we have experienced that Growteq has a lot of knowledge of SalesForce and has always pointed out the long- and short-term effects as well as impact on our users and (other) processes. By drawing up a clear implementation plan, planning and weekly consultation structure, we managed to achieve both our goals and the set deadline together with Growteq. With this, Uniserver has not only been able to successfully place CPQ, but also found a great Partner in Growteq. Thank you Growteq!

Growteq heeft ons goed geholpen met de overgang van Classic naar Lightning. Mede door de goede uitleg, snelle reactie's en oplossingsgerichtheid is de overgang soepel en goed verlopen. Wij zijn hier erg blij mee!

We are working with Growteq for over a year now and are very happy with our partnership. As part of our collaboration, we've asked them to implement Sales- and Community Cloud for our Malaysian operating company.
