Advance Lead and Case Assignment

Unable to contact support team need help to fix the lead round robin.

I tried to reach your company and sent plenty of emails, I am unable to receive even a single reply from you. We are facing a huge problem in round-robin the leads and it is affecting our business very badly. the round-robin is not working properly and it is, again and again, assigning to the same person, or else it is not following the given assignment order. we appreciate it if you help us in fixing this issue and guiding us to proceed further. Looking for your reply at the earliest. We are ready to upgrade as well. but please help us to fix this issue. thank you. for your information, we are using 2 different lead record types in assigning the leads. Please help us to proceed further. thanks.

Easy to use application

very easy to setup and configure just few clicks and round robin setup in our org love it .

DO NOT USE

We used this app and even paid the provider (Cumulus Force) a significant amount of money to customize it for us. The provider's representatives are extremely difficult to communicate with (barely speak English) if you can get them to reply at all. On top of that, the application is very unstable and eventually caused our lead distribution to fail in production. The provider doesn't reply to emails and requests for support even though we have paid them a great deal of money. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION. You've been warned.

Good App but No Support

We have been using this app for a year now and it works very well. The licence has expired and our user numbers have grown so that we would need to acquire a licence. Tried to contact them multiple times, opening cases via email and trying to call but no response. Will have to look elsewhere unfortunately.

Change custom field

Is there any way this package can be used so that a custom field (Assigned Engineer:) is populated with the assignees name instead of changing the actual case owner? We want to keep the case owner as a queue. Thanks.

Seems to work. Easy to use. How much is it to upgrade?

I see $500 on their site but have no idea if this is onetime or yearly/monthly.
