Great Long Term Partner

My company has been using Third Wave Analytics since 2014. Third Wave managed our entire Service Cloud implementation. They did a great job helping us define our end-to-end business process going from Tech Support, through Field Service Dispatch to Field Service Repair, RMAs, etc. We are a Life Science DNA sequencing instrument manufacturer. We sell very large capital equipment with a very complicated service model, and Third Wave Analytics was able to map our sophisticated requirements to Salesforce. They handled all of our configuration and did some great custom development that enabled us to automatically create Preventive Maintenance (PM) cases based on variable PM intervals. Other divisions in our company also started using Third Wave Analytics after hearing about our project's success including the Business Development Team and Operations team. I plan to use Third Wave Analytics going forward for all my future Salesforce implementation projects. I can't recommend them enough.
