Great Features and Support
We found S3 Link after running into limitations from our free connector. The product has many features, most of which are customizable. Anil is also friendly and helpful whenever I have questions.
Solid S3 integration with a developer-friendly Apex API
We use S3-Link to store Salesforce files (campaign reports) in our Amazon S3 bucket instead of consuming Salesforce file storage. Setup was straightforward — the package handles bucket folders per record out of the box, and our external integration service uploads files directly to S3 while S3-Link keeps them visible and organized in Salesforce. What stands out for developers is the exposed Apex API. We call NEILON.apGlobalUtils.getPresignedURL() to generate short-lived download URLs on demand from our own Lightning components, which let us build exactly the download experience we wanted without storing any expiring links. Support deserves a special mention — who responded quickly, understood our use case, and pointed us to the right API method instead of pushing a workaround. Recommended for anyone who needs Salesforce files in S3 with real programmatic control.

Game changer for a support team needing to exchange large data files with customers!
Our support team occasionally needs to exchange very large data files with customers (in the 100-200gb size range) which is a size simply not feasible or affordable with Salesforce's standard file storage. Our previous approach was clunky and not integrated to Salesforce, which had visibility issues for other teams in the process. S3-Link has been a total game changer for us - we have it on our internal and customer experience cloud case pages and our customers and staff can now effortlessly exchange these large files with each other while maintaining full visibility of the whole process in Salesforce for other staff involved in a case. On top of that, when we ran into a download issue of very large files (200gb+), Anil and the team at Neilon had found a solution, updated the app, and had an update to us on the AppExchange less than a week later!

Impressive Product for File Management in Salesforce
I previously used S3 Link at my last organization and recently procured it for my new company as well. It is a fantastic, easy-to-configure product for managing files within Salesforce. Since native Salesforce file storage can become quite costly when dealing with large datasets, Amazon S3 is a much more affordable alternative. This solution seamlessly integrates Salesforce with S3, and even non-technical users can configure it with ease. The support from the Neilon team is also amazing. A special thanks to Anil for helping us with a smooth procurement process and getting us live in production within just a few days. I highly recommend this product!
