DaizyLogik: Creativity. Rigor.

We engaged with DaizyLogik for several projects over the years, but most recently to help optimize a client intake process in Salesforce. We had implemented a very complex screen flow intake about 5 years ago. DaizyLogik helped us break apart the intake into more sustainable screenflows and designed and developed a lightning web component for our food referral map, using data from our partners which was stored in Salesforce. Throughout the 6-month project, I could count on DaizyLogik to remain engaged and very available - especially adaptable to our agile-hybrid process. They were willing to develop prototypes we could share with the business teams before investing many hours of time going down the wrong path. The final product was a huge success and well-received by the business teams. The entire experience was a pleasure and we are always happy to work with DaizyLogik on any project outside our expertise.

I usually dislike working with consultants, but my experience with DaizyLogik is completely different. They are exceptional at communicating and executing development plans. We've used them for multiple projects and everyone on our team has loved working with them. I cannot rate them highly enough.

We worked with DaizyLogik on an almost year-long engagement to overhaul our agency monitoring process. Nineta was a key partner as we developed the business process re-design. She was able to implement seamless solutions using FormAssembly and complex Salesforce automations to streamline the user experience into one seamless flow. Throughout our engagement, Nineta was extremely efficient and thoughtful in her work. She communicated easily about any adjustments to her initial scoping estimates as our business requirements became more defined. As we drew to the close of the project, she was instrumental in helping us determine what were the critical features we wanted to implement with our remaining project budget. Our Org is mostly custom built, by consultants and by our non-certified admin staff, and we had come to realize that to fully utilize the reporting capabilities of the database we need to roll up fields to create summaries. The challenge was that our org hadn't been setup with the right relationships (M-D) and it was trying to make that change. At the same, we identified other areas for support from a Salesforce expert - assisting with profile permissions, implementing flows for certain processes, and doing a general assessment of our org. We hired DaizyLogik because they are a small local company that had excellent reviews and who, during the proposal phase, had already suggested a solution to our reporting situation. We worked with Nineta Martinov and we were more than satisfied with her expertise and customer service. She assessed our custom org and layed out a couple of alternatives to implementing roll up summaries, she utilized sandboxes to demonstrate how the alternatives would look and the implications of each. At this point, she took the time to educate us and answer all of our questions regarding risks and consequences of each alternative. We decided on using the external tool Declarative Rollup Summaries for Lookups (DLRS). She tested out several fields and layouts in sandbox and then moved them into production. At every step, she would communicate and ask for a go ahead before making these changes. The work was collaborative and very efficient. Nineta spent the time to understand our existing database structure and needs, and with that knowledge she brought great recommendations. Besides helping us resolve our most urgent priorities, she also made a seemingly small recommendation that caused a great positive impact on our team - to claim an org name. Helped with CRM for our mid-size nonprofit

I am an evaluator and data analyst for a mid size nonprofit. DaizyLogik has been incredibly helpful to us. They were great at explaining technical aspects of Salesforce that we didn't understand. We are pretty new to Salesforce and it's very comforting to have trusted advisors to help make decisions about our build that may have long term implications for our system. They were also really great about doing online demonstrations of procedures (e.g. how to build a flow, how to write expressions etc.) so that we can learn to do the work ourselves. I highly recommend using DaizyLogik.
