Game Changer for Data Integration with Salesforce

At Saint Louis University, Import Rx changed our approach to data integration. Prior to Import Rx, our data import process to Salesforce was cumbersome and relied on constant human interaction – with limited resources for dealing with duplicates and suspended records. Import Rx changed all of that. Import Rx allows us to insert, update or upsert to multiple Salesforce objects from a single integration mapping. Each mapping is user defined. The integrations occur around our business needs with flexible scheduling options thanks to Import Rx. Prior to installing Import Rx, data loads from all our various sources consumed a full FTE each week, but now we are spending less than 10 minutes per day reviewing the results. Not only have we changed our data load process, but our data is cleaner than ever before thanks to the duplicate rules. Import Rx incorporates the same AND/OR logic familiar to Salesforce users working with reports, workflows or views. Through the duplicate review process, we have refined our rules to reduce the possibility of a false match and increase the likelihood of matching to an existing record. We have incorporated Import Rx into our daily loads to Salesforce for our Common Application files, test scores, FAFSA data, college fair scan files, and numerous inquiry sources. Import Rx is a game changer for managing third party data in enrollment management.
