This was the fastest system implementation I ever saw happening, from kick-off to delivery less than a week. Cloud Industry's commitment to make this happen was outstanding, the quality of services - in particular from consultants on site - simply excellent.

I regret chosing Cloud Industry as my onboarding partner, in the end the data from my previous CRM (ACT) fragmented heavily on import due to a lack of attention to detail.

Cloud Industry showed me results... My mission was to implement a CRM system in my organisation, from scratch, and these guys were key in the process helping and supporting with the best advice, planning and implementation. They performed a detailed diagnosis of our sales process interviewing people and reviewing our documentation; I could see that they clearly understood the needs of our organisation, they were able to present their views and proposed solutions not only for automation of our sales process but also how to improve it. They pay attention to the details, everything is documented and easy tracked, the project management process is impeccable. After the plan was agreed, the implementation phase ran smoothly and it has finished before the deadline. With the system implemented Cloud Industry trained the users and made sure everybody was ready for starting to use SalesForce.
