The out-of-office auto-responder for Chatter mentions and replies
Overview
We make it easy for users to auto-respond with custom messages to @mentions and comments on their posts. Note: This app is not 100% compatible with Chatter in Communities.
ChatOOO auto replies will respond to a Chatter post mentioning an out-of-office user or any reply on an out-of-office user's post.
Users can easily manage their auto-response status and messages with the ChatOOO management console, administrators can view other users management pages to setup forgotten messages.
ChatOOO custom settings allows administrators to customize the default auto response message and configure automatic email responses to go alongside automatic Chatter replies.
ChatOOO is a simple out of office/auto response tool for Chatter that makes it easy for your users to setup auto-responses to their Chatter mentions or replies with the click of a checkbox in the ChatOOO management tab. Each user has a personalized setup page where they can manage their out of office status, set out of office end dates, and customize their auto-response messages. Beyond the by-user management, system administrators can view management pages on behalf of other users, customize the org wide default auto-response message, and enable emails to go alongside the automatic chatter replies.
