It has been a great experience to work with the Lava Box team. They worked hard to rapidly understand our context and requirements and were deeply respectful of our work. It felt like a real partnership working together. We talked about how this was a process of translating what we were doing into a Salesforce environment, with both parties supporting each other's learning as went. There was some complexity in our solution (which reflected our work) and the team has been incredibly helpful and responsive getting our users over the line. The great relationship we had was based on a shared care for our work and having fun and exchanging banter. The Lavabox team was amazing from scoping to implementation and review. The project was clearly defined and scoped, communication throughout was awesome and when we had unexpected issues come up, they offered proactive solutions and options for us, reset very clear timelines and sought agreement. Because they understand our environment well they were also able to trouble-shoot and guide us through the process. Ultimately our project delivered on time, within scope, and now is garnering the results and ROI we had hoped for.

Our experience with LavaBox and the team has been really positive. We've collaborated well together and also with Prizm, which from my perspective made the journey a really positive experience. With the help of Lavabox, Wellington School of Philosophy has implemented Salesforce with the Education Data Architecture and 3rd-party components including Payments2US/Windcave for payment processing and Beaufort12 for integration with Campaign Monitor. This combination provides the school with a highly-integrated and flexible CRM solution which meets our current needs and which can be easily extended to meet future needs. We went into this project with zero experience with any of these products. Lavabox provided all the technical leadership and guidance, and helped us achieve a remarkably smooth and trouble-free implementation.
