The app integrates Salesforce and TFS thereby provides accurate and realtime information to the customer service and the development team who support the product. The case created by the customer service team is automatically created as a defect in TFS. Any changes to the case in Salesforce or defects in TFS are synchronized real time in both the systems. The following items are required to complete the installation of this application: o Mandatory Public IP server to host services o Running the hosted service in the following ports: o 80: This port only accepts HTTP connections o 443: This port only accepts HTTPS connections o 1024-66535 (inclusive): These ports accept HTTP or HTTPS connections. o Once the App is installed in the environment, then all the TFS users and Iteration Area details from TFS needs to be updated in Salesforce o Configuration of the outbound message URL to the public IP server
