Empaua have been extremely helpful in all of the projects we have asked for guidance and support on. They are quick to respond and always professional. The best bit about Empaua is how they are open to the best ways of working with ourselves (ie utilising multiple channels of communication). They also are very open to empowering us by working alongside us on projects instead of us simply handing over a project and delivering on it, we can work together on calls and build out projects together which is great for our internal salesforce admins personal development. Would highly recommend, one of the best third parties that we currently work with!

Oliver’s Travels have been working with Empaua on a Managed Service since January 2023, and we’re very pleased with the work and support they have given us. Whether it’s a small question, asking for a bit of advice or a much bigger project, they always have the expertise. This is across both Salesforce and Marketing Cloud and the have dedicated consultants for each product, allowing the work to be done efficiently. They are enabling the team to up-skill by giving demos on how certain areas are working.
