Tetrad are a top tier Salesforce partner and delivered an outstanding integration between our B2B communication courses/new LMS and Salesforce. After using an existing LMS to host our courses we struggled to extract the detail from the course progress and experience that the business or our clients desired to show value. The focus was on syncing users taking our courses on the brand new learning platform we built with Webflow, and connecting that to Contacts via Sales Cloud. It also involved setting up automated journeys on Marketing Cloud that would serve as activations, reminders and completion triggers. Upon completion, we now have much greater insights into users taking our courses (including details previously not even available to us or the client) and can now share more sophisticated analytics and reporting with B2B clients. We loved working with Tetrad and can highly recommended them as a Salesforce partner based on their high level of communication, deep understanding of Salesforce and relevant technologies, plus their willingness to try new methods and ways of working.
