Really structured engagement. Well Project Managed & ran to expected timelines. Perhaps a little confusion over some of the deliverables (minor things like configuration elements which needed some time to rework), however overall a very positive engagement

The project is still not complete, we are operating on the system but its not fully operational. There were many issues with the project, primarily with Skedulo which was the rostering system recommended by Tquila.
We started engaging Tquila ANZ in June 2020 to build us a Transport Management System. We needed to automate our job registration process which was done manually by our Offshore team in Manila. In our first meeting with Tquila ANZ's Program Architect Damian Noonan and team, we were very impressed with their presentation. It just showed that they have a lot of Salesforce and Mulesoft Integration projects under their belts. So it was easy decision for us to select them as our Salesforce and Integration Partner. The first phase of the project was completed in Dec 2021. We have successfully built a TMS and integrated with 9 of our major customers (75% of our volume). This has significantly reduced our costs because most job registrations are now automated and sent to us by our customers. In addition, Tquila ANZ has also assisted us improving our IT Maturity by setting up tools, processes and project management framework. Highly recommended and we are looking forward to continue working with Tquila ANZ on the second phase of the project.
